Return and Refund Policy

  1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be: 

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

  1. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us to discuss the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability. 

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including: 

  • Gift cards 
  • Items marked as final sale 
  • Opened personal care products 
  1. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
